The Story
"I was born on a street in Tarrant County. Fifty years later, I still live on the same street, same house, and the same church where I've served as a Deacon for 25 years. That kind of roots gives you a different vantage point. You don't just pass through a community — you feel its cycles. I've seen what happens when opportunity doesn't knock or goes unanswered. You watch the businesses that thrive and the ones that don't." — Founder & CEO
I grew up in an underserved, marginalized community. I watched small businesses in my own family struggle to survive — not because the ideas were bad, not because the work ethic wasn't there — but because they lacked the education, the resources, and the guidance to reach their potential.
I've seen what a lack of education does to a community. I've seen what happens when people with resources don't give back. And I've also seen the complicated wave of regentrification — both the renewal and the displacement it brings.
These communities don't need handouts. They need leadership, personal development, and a listening ear with a heart. They need someone who can bridge the gap between what's possible and what's accessible.
