When you use our Client Intake form or contact us, we collect the details you provide — for example: your name, business or organization name, role, email, phone number, preferred contact method, how you heard about us, and information about your business such as stage, industry, team size, revenue range, current tools, challenges, goals, and investment expectations.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about a discovery conversation.
- To understand your needs and prepare relevant information, proposals, or resources.
- To send occasional updates you have opted in to receive.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
4. How we store and protect it
Intake submissions are recorded in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet managed through Google Apps Script, and a notification is emailed to our team. We use access controls to limit who can view this information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, Google Workspace/Sheets for form storage and email, and our web host for serving the site), or where required by law. We may use aggregated, de-identified information for reporting and improvement.
6. Cookies and third parties
Our site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We load web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@endvotech.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you opted in to updates, you can opt out at any time.
8. Data retention
We keep intake and contact information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legitimate business and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
